Our vision is to build the kingdom of God. We believe that all Christians are to answer the prayer that Jesus commanded His disciples to pray in Matthew 10:38 and Luke 10:2 when He told them to call to the Lord of the Harvest to send forth laborers. You and I are those laborers. We are to be salt and light. A city that is set on a hill. When faced with all of the tragedy, pain and violence that surrounds us, we are left with but two choices: hide our heads and pray that the problems will go away, or roll up our sleeves, get in our prayer closets, and then go out into the harvest. We have chosen the latter course.
